Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st January, 2023

Smart Glass Africa (“the Company”) offers a full money back guarantee on all purchases of our products, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more details below, in order to see the conditions that apply to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

 

Definition:

Products: Smart films, Smart glass

Company: Smart Glass Africa

 

a. Eligibility:

Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from the company. Refunds do not apply to products purchased indirectly through a third part or any agent purporting to act on behalf of the company. The Company shall also not be liable to refund any payment made outside the company’s designated account or paid to any employee of the company.

 

b. Time Frame:

Request for a refund shall be made within 24 hours after payment for any of our product. Our products are produced to custom sizes, as such, request for a refund must be received by us before production commences. Any request made after 24 hours or after commencement of production shall not be treated by the company.

 

c. Refund Procedure:

Send an email with the subject "Request for refund" to sales@smartglass.africa quoting the invoice number for which the payment was made and the bank details from which the payment was made. The refund will be transferred only through the original payment method.

 

d. Duration:

Upon receipt of your request, our team shall immediately review your request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed. Refund shall be made within three (3) working days of the receipt of your request.

 

e. Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid. The company shall not be responsible for bank charges or other ancillary charges incurred in the cause of payment for our products.

f. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you do not receive a refund after three (3) days, first check your account again. Also, contact your banking institution to confirm the delay in receiving the refund. If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact the company at sales@smartglass.africa.
